Cool, taut, polished citrus nose with a little stone and pome fruit, herbaceous-vegetal and floral nuances as well as delicate frosty tones. Also cool and firm in the mouth, very sweet fruit with crisp, yet polished acidity and again rettich-like frost notes, floral and herbal nuances on the palate, a hint of blood orange in the background, lots of tension, good depth, distinctly juicy finish with enormous pull and ethereal spiciness.
