Firm, quite clearly herbal citrus stone fruit nose with floral traces and a hint of rock candy. Firmly woven, very sweet, cool fruit with present acidity and some grip, persistent on the palate, a little candy, also ethereal herbs, yeasty traces in the background, salty mineral tones, very good, tight, juicy, sweet finish with plenty of acid bite.
