2021 Escherndorf Fürstenberg Blauer Silvaner VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly yeasty, almondy-nutty and somewhat herbal aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a touch of dark berries, some foliage and mineral traces. Quite juicy, somewhat sweet fruit with nutty and dried-vegetable to tobacco flavours, very fine acidity, some grip of friable tannin, a hint of cumin in the background, mineral hints, good to very good, again relatively sweet finish with grip.
