Cool, polished, somewhat floral and herbal nose with fine, bright yellow fruity aromas, nutty traces, capers, hints of mushrooms and a touch of dark berries. Clear, tightly knit, fine-juicy, bone-dry fruit, some grip, and very fine, relatively lively acidity, nutty and floral traces on the palate, persistent, mineral, herbaceous-herbal nuances, again hints of black berries, very slightly smoky in the background, very good, firm, tart finish with fine spice and grip.

Editor note: Clear, firm, somewhat yeasty, slightly herbaceous and hints of tobacco with restrained, quite noble yellow fruity aromas, a hint of nuts, mushrooms and almost a little earthy mineral tones. Firmly woven, tangy, youthful fruit, yeasty, hints of smoky and nutty tones, lively, fine acidity and plenty of grip, a hint of citrus on the palate, persistent, fine-vegetable in the background, mushrooms again, intensely salty-mineral, elegant style, still very young, good depth, very good to long fine-juicy, again rather cool and tart finish with bite, energy and pepper.
