2021 Silvaner Brut, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, somewhat yeasty and finely vegetal pome fruit nose with delicate mushroomy notes, parsley and nutty traces. Somewhat sweet fruit with yeasty, herbal and hints of floral tones, fine mousseux, a hint of butter, some persistence, a trace of black berries in the background, good to very good, sweet-tart finish.
