Relatively cool, somewhat herbal-vegetal and a touch floral nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as distinct minerality. Ripe, quite firm, juicy fruit with tart spiciness but also slight sweetness, fine acidity, lots of grip from ripe tannins, smoky and tart spicy tones, clear minerality, fine vegetal flavours, a hint of dark berries, black olives in the background, quite powerful, good depth, quite complex, very good, firm, juicy, spicy and grippy finish
