2017 Escherndorf Müller-Thurgau trocken VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

nose still slightly yeasty and nutty, vegetal and floral notes, delicate peppery traces, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Dry, juicy fruit on the palate, light vegetal aromas, elegant, refreshing acidity, hint of carbon dioxide, light nutty and herbaceous notes, good persistence, yeasty traces, light mineral notes in the background, good to very good finish.
