Very firm, tart, still a little reductive, clearly herbal-vegetable and slightly smoky-woody pome fruit scent with restrained citrus and stone fruit notes, a little tobacco, raw meat, pepper and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, tightly knit and very polished fruit, very fine acidity, noble vegetal aromas and distinct minerality, a little yeasty and also hints of nutty-woody on the palate, persistent and dense, good depth, still barely developed, salty in the background, fine grip, multi-layered, very good to long, tight, fine-juicy, herbal, floral and mineral finish with a hint of red berries. Should mature a little and possibly gain some weight
