Fairly firm, light vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of smoky, somewhat developed citrus nose with stone fruit notes and a hint of passion fruit, floral nuances and a hint of yellow spice. Ripe, firm, quite juicy, rather tart fruit, slightly muted, vegetal notes, partly reminiscent of mustard cucumber, nutty traces, quite fine acidity, certain creaminess and warmth on the palate, but becomes firmer and firmer with air, tart zest tones, good persistence, clear, light minerality in the background, a hint of tobacco, very good, dense, tart-juicy finish with bite and grip.
