2020 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Relatively cool, somewhat herbal, almondy and delicately floral aroma of bright yellow fruits with a little white and green berries as well as nuances reminiscent of fennel. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with a slight acid bite, very light tannin, some persistence, yeasty, chalky and earthy tones, very good finish with some herbaceous-vegetable aromas.
