firm, tart, clearly planty to slightly herbal and somewhat yeasty nose with bright yellow-fruity aromas, nutty hints, a hint of smoke and light tobacco. Clear, bright, fine-juicy fruit with vegetal, nutty and slightly smoky tones, fine acidity, delicate tannin, good substance and persistence, has power but also a certain coolness, chalky and salty tones in the background, certain melting, also some alcohol warmth in the background, very good finish.
