Light nutty and very slightly smoky pome fruit-citrus scent with herbal and still a little yeasty hints. Finely juicy fruit with light, nutty and slightly smoky wood spice, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, chalky and salty notes in the background, still undeveloped, quite tight construction, very good, tangy-juicy finish with spicy-woody hints, grip and also some acidity. Should mature a little more.

Best to drink: Ende 2022 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
