Firm, somewhat herbal and delicately yeasty, quite cool nose with bright yellow fruity aromas, a little herbal and quite distinct minerality. Bright, somewhat melting, relatively calm fruit with yeasty and fine herbal flavours, delicate grip and very fine acidity, good substance and persistence, quite dry style, persistent on the palate, a touch floral, again clear minerality, relatively complex, some depth, very good, firm, tart and mineral finish with cool herbal notes and some smoke
