Firm, even more reductive, distinctly vegetal fragrance with restrained yellow fruity aromas and a little fennel as well as yeasty and mineral tones. Bone dry fruit, still a little covered, herb-vegetable and slightly earthy, yeasty tones, light mineral notes, some warmth, still undeveloped, nutty, a hint of tobacco, hinted at pepper, gains clearly in juice and depth with air, very good, tart, firm finish
