Rather astringent, dried plant and a little yellow-spicy fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, a hint of honey and floral and mineral nuances. Melting, very dry, slightly warm fruit, dried vegetal and distinctly nutty aromas, a hint of butter in the background, fine acidity and some grip, nutty-woody traces, lasting, certain strength, mineral notes, a little smoke and bacon, earthy minerality, very good, firm, again slightly warm finish with tart juice and nutty and earthy-mineral tones
