Knochentrockene, zurückhaltende Frucht mit herben pflanzlichen und wieder erdig-mineralischen Noten, feine Säure, noch etwas deckender Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, pfeffrige Nuancen im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter, herber Abgang mit salzigen und kreidigen Tönen.
