Translate to English Kühle, etwas kräuterige, florale und hefige Nase mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten und einem Hauch Speck. Klare, sehr herbe, dennoch saftige Frucht mit hefigen Noten, pflanzlicher, an Rauke erinnernder Würze, etwas Pfeffer und heller Mineralik, lebendige Säure, hat Griff und Biss, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Kraft, noch sehr jung, sehr guter, straffer und herber Abgang mit kühlem Saft, Salz, einem Hauch Kümmel und viel Zug. Hat noch ein wenig Zeit.
