Jugendliche, recht saftige, straffe Frucht, deutlich hefig und mit hellen nussigen Aromen, lebendige Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, angedeutet Lavendel, ein Hauch Salz im Hintergrund, guter Abgang mit zartem Bitter.
