Translate to English Kühler, herber und fester, getrocknet-grasiger und -kräuteriger Duft mit erdiger Mineralik, verhaltenen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, einer Spur Pilze und gewürzigen Anklängen. Fest und herb im Mund, knochentrockene, dabei saftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen und leicht pilzigen Noten, straffe Säure und noch ein wenig sandiger Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und recht kräftig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralisch und angedeutet tabakig, schwarzbeerige Nuancen, ganz leicht floral, sehr guter, recht saftiger, dazu auch deutlich getrocknet-pflanzlicher, leicht gewürziger und wieder schwarzbeeriger Abgang.
