Somewhat vegetal, delicately nutty and a touch buttery aroma with calm yellow fruity aromas. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent, has melting, some depth, nutty and buttery hints, fine spiciness, distinct minerality, quite firm structure, very good, again juicy, melting, mineral and somewhat spicy finish

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, herber, getrocknet-vegetabiler, vor allem an Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft mit sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, floralen und pfeffrigen Spuren sowie erdiger Mineralik. Ganz trockene, noch völlig verschlossen wirkende Frucht, deutlich weißes Gemüse, auch helle mineralische Noten und eine Spur blanchierter Nüsse, nachhaltig, hat Schmelz, salzige Nuancen, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Muss zwingend reifen.
