Clearly vegetal nose with yellow-fruity aromas and a hint of nuts and tobacco. Tart in the mouth, again clearly vegetal, nutty and delicately yeasty tones, fine, moderate acidity, delicate grip, very restrained fruit, mushroomy nuances, then also salt, good to very good finish.
