A nose reminiscent of lemon tea with pomaceous and stone fruit notes, vegetal tones, a little smoke, parsley and a hint of mushrooms. Tart and at the same time a little melting fruit, clearly vegetal tones, again some parsley, certain acid bite and moderate tannin, fresh butter and moderate oak notes, certain persistence, slightly smoky in the background, salty-chalky minerality, very good, quite firm, tart finish.
