Elegant vegetal and light yeasty notes on the nose, nutty traces, yellow fruit aromas with fairly prominent citrus notes, floral traces, chalky mineral notes. Clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty, chalky and light floral aromas, hint of red berries, very elegant acidity, good persistence, salty traces, hint of bacon, slightly sweetish and creamy, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, very good, fairly firm finish.
