Translate to English Herber, etwas gedeckter, deutlich erdiger und vegetabiler, auch zart rauchiger Duft mit verhaltenen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und mineralischen Tönen. Auch im Mund noch recht gedeckt, hefig, pflanzlich, erdig und etwas nussig, präsente, zitronige Säure und merklicher, sandig-trocknender Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, aber auch ziemlich rau am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, nicht restlos trocken, florale Nuancen, ein Hauch Kandis, guter bis sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen, nur sind wir uns nicht sicher, ob er den rauen Gerbstoff ganz wird einbinden können.
