Translate to English Fester, kühler und herber, getrocknet-pflanzlicher und mineralischer, auch leicht speckiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden, geschliffenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Dicht, saftig und wieder ziemlich fest im Mund, reife, sehr geschliffene Frucht mit straffer, dabei hochfeiner Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, im Hintergrund kühle Mineralik, hat Biss und Zug, feine Umami-Töne und auch Salz, sehr guter, wieder geschliffener, herb-saftiger und mineralischer Abgang.
