Firm nose, light nutty notes, hint of bacon, prominent vegetal notes, ripe yellow fruit, floral traces, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of yellow spice, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, very slightly muted, hint of tobacco, good substance and depth, still quite young, delicate hint of sugar candy, some yellow spice on a very good, firm, fairly juicy, minerally finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Herber getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft mit Aromen eingemachter gelber Früchte, erdigen Anklängen und einem Hauch Tabak. Reife, schmelzige und fast ein wenig ölige Frucht im Mund, herbe Kräuterwürze und erdige Mineralik, wieder eine Spur Tabak, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig und schmelzig am Gaumen, etwas Kandis, gewisse Wärme, aber auch kühle Elemente, geschmeidiger Stil, sehr guter Abgang.
