Cool, firm, herbal citrus nose with stone and pome fruit aromas, black berry tones, a touch of fennel, tobacco hints, mushrooms and minerality. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, tart, somewhat smoky minerality, tobacco aromas, a little dark ethereal spice and black berries, noticeable caraway, hints of wax, some depth, quite firm structure, very good, tart and spicy very slightly warm finish with a hint of cinnamon.
