Tart, firm, somewhat herbaceous and also bacony aroma with stone fruit aromas and partly dried citrus fruits, yellow spice, sweet chestnuts and tobacco nuances. Ripe, melting, slightly sweet fruit with herbal aromas, a little tobacco and dark spice, very fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, candy tones, quite clearly apricots and also dark stone fruit, dark minerality, very good, somewhat melting and smoky finish with juice, dark spice and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
