2021 Winningen Röttgen Riesling Grosses Gewächs, Mosel, Germany

Smoky and somewhat ethereal-herbal-spicy, still slightly reductive aroma of ripe, partly dried yellow fruits with a little light tobacco, lemongrass, hints of dark ethereal spice and mineral notes. Ripe, slightly warm, somewhat melting fruit, herbal-vegetable and dried-floral notes, very fine acidity, delicate grip of very friable tannin, again dark, almost blue tones in the background, persistent, quite mineral, a hint of pepper, very good finish, again with amazing blueberry juice, sweet melting, minerality and grip.
