2021 Kobern Riesling VDP.Aus Ersten Lagen trocken "von blauem Schiefer", Mosel, Germany

Clearly herbal citrus-stone fruit nose with floral traces, a hint of black berries, wild mushrooms and mineral tones. Ripe, tightly knit, rather tart fruit, quite dense, nutty yeasty aromas, herbs and a little tobacco, fine, quite lively acidity and a lot of grip, dark fruits in the background, clear, somewhat earthy minerality, persistent on the palate, has power and a certain warmth, also some depth, resinous herbs and a little dark ethereal spice, very good, firm finish.
