Ripe, juicy, somewhat sweet fruit, lively acidity and lots of grip, clearly black berries on the palate, nutty flavours and a hint of liquorice, also aniseed in the background, good substance and persistence, some depth, rather dark minerality, smoky nuances, has plenty of tension at first, then only becomes sweeter and softer with air and picks up again on the third day, firm, sweetly juicy, herbal-spicy and again clearly mineral finish with grip.
