nose still slightly redctive and restless, yellow fruit, some celery, fresh herbaceous aromas, sugar candy, hint of mustard seed, prominent mineral notes. ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, prominent herbaceous and light floral notes, fairly firm structure, sweetish and creamy, touch of sugar candy, herbs and spices, dark berries in the background, salty notes, good substance and depth, prominent mineral notes and firm grip on a slightly sweetish, very good finish with some sugar candy notes.
