Clear, tart, delicately smoky nose with fine vegetal to herbaceous aromas, some pepper, a hint of capers and polished yellow-fruity notes reminiscent of apricots. Clear, finely juicy, cool, tart fruit, fresh vegetal to herbaceous and again smoky notes, tart nutty hints, again a little apricot, delicate grip and very fine acidity, good persistence, certain minerality, hints of dark spice, still young, very good, quite firm finish with delicate wild garlic notes.
