Yeasty, finely vegetal and slightly nutty aroma with rather restrained yellow-fruity flavours as well as a hint of seaweed, green tobacco, lardo, pepper and mussel meat. Tart, finely juicy, initially quite cool, then somewhat warmer fruit, polished acidity and delicate grip, fine vegetal, red berry and floral nuances, persistent, hints of mustard pickles in the background, clear minerality, good depth, firm structure, still undeveloped, a hint of ethereal, hints of yellow spice, black pepper, some laurel, very good, firm finish with emphasis and fine bitter spice.
