Fairly firm nose, fine vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of smoke, light nutty, bacony and restrained yellow fruity aromas, hint of pistachios. Tart, juicy fruit with delicately creamy and nutty-smoky spice, vegetal to herbaceous flavours, some grip and very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, medium strength, mineral tones, very slightly ethereal, notes of pistachios and chanterelles, very good, firm finish, again with grip and spice.
