2021 Grüner Veltliner trocken "Hirschenreyn", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clear, firm and almost cool, very fine yellow fruity nose with herbaceous and delicate smoky notes, hint of yellow spice, hint of tobacco, tobacco ash and floral nuances. Taut, tart, finely juicy, bright fruit, herbal, smoky and nutty tones, a little peppery in the background, also a hint of chilli pepper, persistent, still delicately yeasty, clear, chalky-salty minerality, a hint of nut butter, fine, lively acidity and grip, good depth, still young, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish with fine spice and tension.
