2021 Grüner Veltliner trocken "2021" limited edition, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Firm and deep, somewhat nutty and yeasty aroma of ripe yellow fruit with fine vegetal flavours, mussel meat, white pepper, floral nuances and chalky mineral tones. Ripe, firm and fairly dense, juicy fruit with nutty, yeasty and slightly buttery notes, moderate acidity, fine grip of crumbly, ripe tannin, persistent and dense on the palate, again chalky minerality, some caramel in the background, yellow spice and smoky traces, has power and depth, still young, lots of melting, very good, somewhat warm, juicy, spicy and again a little buttery finish with fennel seeds.
