Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, touch of yellow spice, yellow fruit, hint of vanilla, toasted traces, hint of tobacco. Ripe, creamy, spicy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yeasty and nutty aromas, light herbaceous notes, persistent with some grip provided by ripe, integrated tannins, surprising substance considering the low alcohol, hint of sugar candy in the background, salty mineral traces, quite complex, still young, very good, fairly creamy finish.
