Firm, tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, light yeasty, herbaceous, earthy and mineral notes, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces, touch of yellow spice. Cool, tart, firm, elegant yellow fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, polished acidity, very fine, moderate tannic grip, persistent, delicate yeasty touch, nutty notes, yellow spice, prominent salty and chalky mineral notes, has substance and some body in spite of the low level of alcohol, good depth, delicately creamy, very good, firm, fairly complex finish.

Editor note: Fairly cool, but also slightly wild nose, nutty notes, some yellow spice, earthy traces, pomaceous and stone fruit, herbaceous and waxy notes, hint of bacon, delicate floral traces, hint of pulses, light mineral notes. Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, hint of toasted pine nuts, still has prominennt yeasty notes, light oak, persistent, ripe, integrated tannins provide firm grip, hint of iodine, hint of tobacco, smoky traces, some depth, prominent salty notes, some oak and herbaceous traces, fairly prominent floral notes on a very good, cool juicy finish.
