2014 Traminer trocken PROFUND, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Deep, firm, complex nose, prominent yeasty, vegetal, peppery, earthy and mineral notes, yellow fruit and some yellow spice, touch of root vegetables, prominent sage, hint of tobacco, partly dried flowers and prominent mineral notes. Fairly concentrated ripe, creamy, lively fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal aromas, floral notes, some yellow spice, olive oil in the background, herbaceous traces, light nutty notes, deep and persistent, full-bodied, but not heavy, tart mineral notes, hint of tobacco and some juniper, peppery traces, still very young, ripe tannins provide firm grip, yeasty traces, long, concentrated, juicy, complex finish.
