2021 Bingen Scharlachberg Riesling Auslese, Rheinhessen, Germany

Very slightly herbal and floral nose with relatively bright yellow fruity aromas. Straightforward, sweet fruit, quite fine acidity and some grip, dried-vegetable nuances, a hint of black berries, some persistence, moderate grime, mineral hints, some candy, very good finish.
