Clearly yeasty and slightly dried vegetal aroma with yellow fruity flavours, some bread crust and a hint of egg white and bacon. Clear, taut, rather cool, light juicy fruit, fine yeasty, slightly nutty and vegetal tones, again a hint of egg white in the background, smoky nuances, persistent on the palate, fine mousseux, still somewhat mealy-phenolic on the palate, bread-like tones, then also chalky minerality, good substance, very good, grippy and juicy finish with a slightly smoky spiciness.
