Translate to English Deutlich hefiger, vegetabiler und auch etwas brotiger Duft mit Aromen von mürbem Kernobst und einem Hauch Karamell. Süßliche Frucht mit viel Hefe, etwas Lack und Karamell, feines, cremiges Mousseux, buttrige Noten am Gaumen, auch zart krautige Töne, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, wieder leicht brotige Noten, recht guter, wieder süßlicher Abgang. Hat leider etwas an Klarheit verloren.

Editor note: Prominent yeasty and light nutty notes on the nose, mature pomaceous fruit, herbaceous and floral traces. Ripe, juicy, slightly creamy mature fruit on the palate, more prominent yeasty and some nutty notes, buttery traces, fine, lively mousse, persistent and grippy, sweetish sugar candy notes in the background, prominent ripe pears on a juicy finish.
