Tart, somewhat herbal and nutty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little spiciness going into the peppery and a hint of root vegetables. Slightly sweet, quite juicy fruit, fine acidity and some grip, herbal-vegetable notes, good persistence, a hint of pepper, red berry nuances, a little carbonic acid, mineral hints, good to very good, again sweet finish.
