Cool, somewhat dried-herbal, almondy and very slightly bacony scent of yellow fruits with a hint of black berries. Straight, sweet fruit with still noticeable yeast, lively acidity, some carbonic acid, light tannic grip, certain persistence, candy and hints of earth in the background, a hint of salt in the good, again sweet finish.
