Yeasty and floral notes on the nose, citrus and apple fruit, vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, partly dried floral and prominent yeasty notes, fine mousse, light grip, good substance and persistence, light spicy notes, fairly firm structure, nutty and yeasty notes on a very good, juicy finish.
