Planty to slightly herbal, nutty and yeasty pome fruit scent with floral hints and a little butter. Ripe, slightly warm, somewhat buttery and sweetish fruit, nutty aromas, a hint of smoke, yeasty and herbal tones, slightly melon and waxy on the palate, medium-fine, relatively moderate perlage, some persistence, a hint of tobacco, good finish.
