Fairly firm, tart fruit on the palate, still largely undeveloped, yeasty, nutty and delicate smoky notes, partly dried vegetal notes, still slightly yeasty, lively acidity, hint of carbon dioxide, peppery traces in the background, light chalky, salty mineral notes, persistent, good grip and bite, still young, quite polished, some depth, quite a challenging style, more elegant vegetal and prominent mineral notes on a very good, clear, firm finish. Needs time to mature.
