Yeasty nose, still very slightly reductive, elegant vegetal notes and yellow fruit aromas, nutty traces, prominent mineral notes. Slightly creamy fruit on the palate, still slightly muted, prominent yeasty aromas, vegetal notes, light earthy and mineral notes, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, good persistence and grip, hint of tobacco in the background, still largely undeveloped, some bite on a good to very good finish.
