2016 Müller-Thurgau trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty traces on the nose, delicate vegetal notes, hint of bacon, pomaceous fruit, dried herbs and mineral traces. Clear, dry, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, light tannic grip, still slightly yeasty, fairly good persistence, earthy and salty mineral notes, hint of bacon, still young, peppery traces, good, elegant, spicy, dry finish.
